The rules of More Diamonds 2.0, in plain language.

§ 1 Operator

The game is operated by MORE DIAMONDS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 13524307, 590 Kingston Road, London, England, SW20 8DN ("we", "the operator").

More Diamonds 2.0 is a browser game that continues the More Diamonds mobile application. It can be added to a phone's home screen.
The former mobile application is no longer supported. The game is available only in this service.
Anyone can create a new account with an e-mail address and a password. Accounts transferred from the former application sign in with the address assigned to them.

Accounts and balances were transferred one to one, according to the state of the former database on 19 October 2026, 01:00 (CET), to the hundredth of a diamond; on 23 October 2026 the giga warehouse from the former game was added to the player's balance, by ledger entries visible in the account history.
Each account keeps its former player ID. A player signs in with the e-mail address assigned to the former account: the first sign-in is by a link sent to that address, after which the player sets a password.
If a balance differs from the one in the former application, report it to office@morediamonds.eu within 90 days of the launch of More Diamonds 2.0, giving your player ID.

Diamonds are a virtual in-game currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not the player's property, money or electronic money.
The operator does not sell diamonds and does not buy them back. There is no shop, no top-up, no withdrawal and no market.
The operator does not publish any price or exchange rate of diamonds. Only the supply is public: how many diamonds are in circulation.
A player's balance is the sum of the entries in the account history. Every change of a balance has an entry with a date and description.

Players may give diamonds to each other with a transfer code: the sender creates the code and passes it to the recipient.
Selling, buying or exchanging diamonds or accounts for money or any other benefit outside the game is prohibited, as is acting as an intermediary in such trade.
A transfer code works like a bearer voucher: whoever knows it can redeem it. The operator is not a party to agreements between players and does not reverse codes redeemed by another person.

Each account is used by one person. Accounts transferred from the former application stay as they were, including several accounts under one e-mail address.
One person may create one new account. One e-mail address can hold at most one new account. Creating several accounts (multi-accounting), including through other people's or disposable addresses, is prohibited.
Using several accounts to get around game limits is prohibited.
Keep your password and sign-in links secret. A sign-in link is a credential: whoever has it can enter the account.
Exploiting errors of the game to obtain diamonds is prohibited. Report any error you find.

Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators or any other tools that perform game actions instead of a person is prohibited.
The mine checks the pace and rhythm of play on the server and from time to time asks for a check (pick the diamond). Until it is solved the shaft does not accept clicks. Clicks and processing have daily limits.
Automatic penalties are stepped and apply to ONE SHAFT: first detection, a warning; second, the shaft stops for 6 hours; third, for 24 hours; fourth, the shaft stops indefinitely.
Automatic mine penalties never touch the balance and never block access to the account. Every penalty is shown to the player with its numerical evidence. A penalty can be lifted by the administrator; write to us if you think it is a mistake.
For breaches of § 5 or § 6, or where diamonds were obtained through a system error, the operator may correct the balance with an entry visible in the account history, or close the account.

Who referred whom in the former application was transferred and is visible in the account.
Each player has a referral link. A person who creates an account through it gets the referrer's ID filled in; it can be changed or cleared. An empty field means the referrer is More Diamonds.
The referrer receives no remuneration, commission or bonus for a referral.

The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable during maintenance or failures.
The game mechanics may change, including the parameters of the mine (at most 8 shafts per account today).
We announce changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect, by e-mail or on the site.

You can have your account deleted at any time by writing to office@morediamonds.eu.
The operator may end the service with 30 days' notice.

Send complaints to office@morediamonds.eu. We reply within 14 days.
Consumers in the European Union keep the rights given to them by the law of their country.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer lives.

The service is currently free of charge. Any paid features will be introduced by an amendment to these Terms.

Without an active VIP, each shaft works at most like level 10 in every branch, and branches cannot be upgraded above that level. Higher levels are never lost: with VIP the shaft works at its full level again.
The full return promised by the deposit contract of a shaft above that level applies to the time with an active VIP.
VIP is currently given only as a FREE PROMOTION (30 days, claimable when the account has no active VIP). The operator may end the promotion at any time. VIP already granted lasts until its date. There is no claim to extend the promotion or the VIP.
VIP dates from the former application were transferred unchanged.
